KEYSTONE

Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to information processed through Keystone’s hosted services. It does not replace the privacy terms of third-party services you choose to connect.

2. Information we collect

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and personalize Keystone; generate plans, websites, and agent outputs; authenticate users; support team access; send service and user-requested emails; operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service; administer subscriptions; prevent misuse; and comply with law.

4. AI processing and digital humans

Your prompts, interview answers, business content, and conversations may be sent to AI, speech, digital-human, hosting, and other service providers as needed to deliver features you request. AI-generated material may be inaccurate and should be reviewed before use. We will describe any materially different model-training use in an updated policy or a separate consent.

5. Third-party services

Keystone may use or connect with providers for authentication, cloud hosting, databases, email, analytics, payments, digital humans, AI models, website hosting, and referral programs. Providers process information under their own terms and our agreements with them. Access to connected accounts is limited to the permissions you authorize.

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers acting for us; to teammates you authorize; during a corporate transaction; when required by law; to protect users, the public, or the service; or with your direction or consent.

7. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use commercially reasonable safeguards, but no electronic service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and setting appropriate teammate permissions.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or export personal information, and to withdraw consent. You can disconnect integrations and change account settings through the service when those controls are available.

9. International processing

Information may be processed in the United States and other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those where you live.

10. Children

Keystone is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13 or the applicable age of digital consent. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the revised version and change the effective date, and provide additional notice when required.
